Professional Experience
Mr. Shear has been practicing civil and environmental engineering at Caputo and Wick Ltd. since 1995. His experience includes preliminary and final design, preparation of construction drawings and specifications and construction administration. He is experienced in storm drainage analysis and design, flood and hydraulic modeling, roadway design, sanitary sewer system design, on-site wastewater treatment system design, general site development, and construction estimating. He is proficient in the applications of the RI Stormwater Design and Installation Standards Manual, the RI Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook, and the Massachusetts Stormwater Handbook.
