Professional Experience
Mr. Bray began working at Caputo and Wick Ltd. in 1983 and has been the Company President since 2006. He began his career while attending the University of Rhode Island and has over 35 years of surveying and general development experience. His professional experience includes a diverse array of surveying specialties, including the resolution of complicated geometric issues and the deciphering of involved right-of-way/boundary issues. He has extensive experience in site/drainage design, subdivision design, earthwork, general land-use planning, and the geometric design of highways/roadways. His leadership abilities, as well as his knowledge of survey, engineering design, layouts, and construction, provides him with the skills necessary to efficiently guide projects through the planning, data accumulation, design, and permitting processes.

Mr. Bray has been involved in a large number of diverse projects varying in nature from land survey/mapping, site design, third-party reviews, and providing expert testimony. Projects of significance include public and commercial projects, such as the Rhode Island Audubon Society Environmental Education Center, Bradley Hospital site projects, campus-wide improvements at FM Global (West Glocester), Narragansett Indian Health Center, multiple commercial sites, residential developments, and numerous RIDOT highway design projects. He has been qualified as an expert witness in the United States District Court, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Land Court, Newport Superior Court, and many Zoning/Planning Boards in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
