Professional Experience
Mr. Bray has over 40 years of surveying and general site development experience and is the President of Caputo and Wick, Ltd. He began his career while attending the University of Rhode Island working side by side with Anthony Caputo. His professional experience includes resolving complicated geometric problems, deciphering complex right-of-way/boundary issues and a diverse array of surveying specialties. In addition, he has extensive experience in the geometric design of highways/roadways, subdivision design, earthwork, general land use planning and site/drainage design. His leadership and decision-making abilities, as well as knowledge of design, construction and survey, provides him with the necessary skills to efficiently guide projects through the data accumulation, design and permitting processes. Mr. Bray has been involved in a large number of diverse projects varying in nature from land survey/mapping, site design, review agency presentation and expert testimony. Projects of significant interest include public and commercial projects, such as the Rhode Island Audubon Society Environmental Education Center, Lauffer Addtion/Lower Field Improvements at Bradley Hospital, MacColl YMCA, Narragansett Indian Health Center, multiple commercial sites and residential developments, and numerous RIDOT highway design projects. He has also provided testimony and been qualified as an expert witness in the United States District Court, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Land Court, Newport Superior Court, and many Zoning/Planning Boards in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
